We recognise that working with architects and interior designers is not an everyday experience. Central to a successful outcome is close collaboration and free flowing, transparent communication. Our Cradle Develop Process serves to share the key milestones and decisions along the way, ensuring that your vision and expectations are delivered.
We have a passionate team at Cradle, led by Paul Lucas and Regan VanderWert-Walsh, who established the design studio in Balgowlah nearly 15 years ago.

Paul has worked as an Architect throughout Europe and Australasia. Having honed his skills working for high-profile architectural practices in London, Paul has developed a considered and sensitive approach to architectural design. Paul is a NSW registered and nominated Architect - NSW ARB 8786

Regan is an Architect, Interior Designer, and Design Manager in the commercial, hospitality, residential and industrial sectors throughout Australia and Asia. He is a NSW registered and nominated Architect - NSW ARB 7904

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
David has been based in Sydney working as an Architectural Technician, Space Planner, Project Coordinator and client-side Project Manager on commercial, retail, hospitality & residential projects throughout Australia.

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Jessica joined Cradle Design in 2021 and has proved to be an integral part of the design team. She learnt her trade in Germany working on many high-profile global projects before moving to Sydney in 2009.

ASSOCIATE SENIOR DESIGNER
James is an experienced Interior Designer in the commercial, hospitality, residential and industrial sectors throughout Europe, Australia and the Middle East. James runs projects from inception to completion and brings with him a strong technical background.

Linda is a senior interior designer who has extensive experience working throughout the UK and Australia. She is a fantastic multi-tasker and brings her design expertise to every project, creating refined and beautiful results.

GRADUATE OF ARCHITECTURE
Lauren studied architecture at The University of Newcastle before gaining invaluable experience working on a range of large-scale projects, with a focus on multi residential and commercial spaces. Lauren brings the zest of youth and her inquisitive youthful mind to Cradle.

Jessica studied in Scotland before gaining valuable experience in the UK and Australia. She has worked on large-scale projects across multiple sectors, specialising predominantly in high-quality architectural interiors. We love the wealth of creativity and global experience that Jessica brings to Cradle.

GRADUATE OF ARCHITECTURE
After graduating from Melbourne University, Mo worked in both Australia and China. She gained invaluable experience as part of a large design team working on multi-sector global projects that have informed and enriched her design approach.
